Credera designed and implemented a highly intuitive, mobile-first online ordering interface within the leading restaurant chain's website, increasing overall site traffic and optimizing key ordering flows. Credera integrated the new website front-end solution with multiple back-end technologies to streamline customer accounts, perform order fulfillment, and improve menu interaction.
Additionally, Credera integrated the company's website with a third-party loyalty solution to enable customers to earn points and redeem rewards for orders placed online.
