I no longer have to prioritize work or family, because Credera trusts me. I'm so thankful to be at a company that encourages us to prioritize our passions and commitments outside of work.

There are many reasons why I'm grateful to work at Credera, but I'm certainly thankful that we're not just allowed, we're actually encouraged, to invest time and create moments outside of work.

Honestly, I feel pretty spoiled for having been able to create my own version of work-life balance all within a firm I love.

I've been given a high level of trust and ownership in my work, gained experience in areas I wouldn't have thought to try before, and often contribute more than code alone through leading and mentoring.

I’m so invested in seeing my teams succeed, both inside and outside of work. That’s what makes Credera such a great community.
