Credera led the design and implementation of the pharmaceutical company's SharePoint portal, improving organizational infrastructure. Throughout the design and implementation Credera led several initiatives critical to success:

  • Strategic work to define the means for measuring information management criticality and maturity for all business units​

  • Business process automation and workflows (SharePoint, custom, and Nintex)​

  • Design and implementation of several departmental SharePoint sites, applications, and solutions​

  • Design and implementation of an automated AFE approval workflow based on SharePoint and Nintex​

  • Installation and configuration of Nintex for workflow​

  • Configuration of SharePoint for integration with third party line of business applications
