Cody is a Partner and the US Consulting Practices lead, based out of the Dallas office. At Credera, Cody is focused on enterprise digital transformation as well as Credera's Customer Engagement & Commerce services. Cody has over 20 years of experience and has driven successful change in the nonprofit, retail, hospitality, utility and travel industries - including two of the three largest airlines in North America. In addition to transformational experience, Cody values organizational culture, people development, and highly engaged teams. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems from Texas A&M University. Outside of the office, Cody is a passionate learner, traveler, amateur endurance racer, and proud father of three.
