Andrew Warden is a partner and the global Head of Leadership Development at Credera. Based in Dallas, he oversees the firm’s global strategy for talent development and leadership. He joined the firm as a senior manager in our Management Consulting practice in 2007 and was promoted to partner and leader of Credera's Management Consulting practice in 2012.  

Throughout his career, Andrew has worked with Fortune 500 and mid-market clients across numerous industries including retail, hospitality, oil and gas, chemical, consumer products, healthcare, and financial services. He is the executive sponsor of OPEN Pride Credera. He has more than 25 years of management and technology consulting experience, with a focus on strategy, operations excellence, organizational change management, and program and project leadership. Prior to joining Credera, Andrew worked at Accenture as a senior manager and at Safety-Kleen as the Director of Finance.  

Andrew graduated from Baylor University with a bachelor of business administration in finance and international business and is a member of the board of trustees for The Warren Center.
