This is Credera’s mission statement. It’s a statement we use internally to communicate our purpose as a firm and how we hope to impact the world. To illustrate the importance of how Credera’s mission casts vision, we set out to talk to a few Credera team members about how their personal and professional passions overlap with Credera’s mission as a firm. We sat down with Stephen Rudolph, an architect in our Open Technology Solutions Practice, to learn more about his experiences at Credera. Stephen is passionate about his family and solving problems. Specifically, he is passionate about solving problems that make a difference for clients.

At Credera, Stephen finds ways to solve problems that change lives for the better, which was different for him compared to his earlier career experience. He finds satisfaction and purpose when he can look back over a few months of work and see how what the team created has changed the world for the better. Stephen says Credera team members live out the vision statement by truly caring about one another and working together as a team toward goals and solving problems.
