Credera’s Hannah Seliskar Wins RippleMatch Exceptional Leader Award

Credera is proud to announce that Hannah Seliskar, Campus Recruiting Manager, has been named a winner of the 2021 Campus Recruiting Choice Awards. This is a recognition of the standout individuals within the campus recruiting space.

2021 RippleMatch Awards

Through a peer-driven nomination process, RippleMatch narrowed down the top names in campus recruiting and talent acquisition, culminating in a list of rising stars, innovators, and exceptional leaders. During a month-long voting period, they asked the campus recruiting community and public at large to vote for the winners of each category. Over 15,000 votes were cast across all categories, and Hannah was named an Exceptional Leader in the Finance, Business, and IT Services category.

About Hannah Seliskar

Hannah started her career as a Management Consultant, but quickly fell in love with campus recruiting. She has experience recruiting experienced professionals, entry-level hires, and student interns within the consulting and architecture and interior design industries. Hannah is passionate about democratizing the recruiting process for students, finding efficiencies in internal processes, and providing candidates with a lasting and positive first recruitment experience.

Hannah developed Credera's way of campus recruiting with equality and diversification top of mind. She led the firm's transition from a school-focused structure to a more inclusive approach, allowing students everywhere the opportunity to join the Credera family. With the new program in place, Credera expanded its outreach from 12 universities to hiring students from 40 different universities and exceeded their hiring goals.

Currently, she manages the campus recruiting and internship programs for Credera US and is based in Dallas, TX.
