We began by defining the architecture for the platform and assuring the delivery program. We improved the prototype platform and created a more resilient infrastructure, as well as supporting the integration of engineering and analytics teams.

Our engineering capability also assured developer delivery and provided best practice for agile delivery, automation, and software development.

The Results

Ten-fold platform growth.

The platform pulls in data from over 200 systems in a safe, compliant way.

We grew the platform’s size 10 fold, enabling more than 500 data developers and more than 3,000 business users to access insights from over 300 use cases, including three major programs.

There were also significant savings compared to the legacy analytics platform.
