Renu Hooda, as Credera’s Global Chief People Officer, is tasked with cultivating an exceptional, inclusive, and high-performing community at Credera. She devises programs and processes aimed at unlocking the full potential of Credera team members, driving not only the business growth of Credera but also that of our clients, all anchored in our unwavering values and behaviors.

Possessing a seasoned leadership background, Renu previously served as the Chief People Officer at Kinesso, a data and technology company within the Interpublic Group. In this role, she orchestrated the integration of the Acxiom acquisition, a significant investment of $2.3 billion. Demonstrating strategic acumen, Renu spearheaded initiatives such as addressing key investment priorities, including establishing equitable pay structures, launching a neurodiversity program, and instituting mental health aid leadership training. Simultaneously, she fostered individual growth by implementing tailored learning paths and making a deliberate effort to mitigate employee burnout. Her commitment to foundational principles of accountability, transparency, and fairness underscored the overarching people strategy.

With over two decades of experience spanning various business practices, including client finance, compensation, people analytics, and operations, Renu began her career as a pension actuary. She has a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics and statistics as well as business administration from Stony Brook University. Recognized in 2015 as one of the 40 under 40 alums, Renu currently serves on the advisory board for the Applied Mathematics and Statistics (AMS) department.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Renu, along with her supportive husband and two daughters, shares a love for travel, diverse cuisines (perhaps not as much for the younger one), and outdoor activities. She is dedicated to living out her mission of making the world a better place each day.
