Mahesh Agrawal is the global Pega practice CEO at Credera. He is responsible for leading, strengthening, and expanding Credera’s partnership with the Pega digital platform for clients around the globe. Through the vast range of Pega capabilities, from one-to-one customer engagement to intelligent automation and customer service, Mahesh unlocks strategic insights and leads Credera’s approach to helping clients envision and build highly scalable solutions for their businesses, supporting their journeys to become autonomous enterprises. 

Prior to this role, Mahesh founded Areteans in 2015 and led as its Chief Executive Officer for eight years, growing it to be the largest and the only pure-play Pega partner across the globe to be recognized with the Pega Global Elite Status. In 2007, he co-founded Incessant Technologies and served as the Chief Technology Officer and global Head of Sales and Business Development. He began his career as a Pega lead system architect over 20 years ago and has been a Pega software evangelist throughout. 

Mahesh earned his bachelor of engineering in computer science from the University College of Engineering, Burla, and is now based in Hyderabad, India.
